On the Vintage Bronze Trinity Form Crucifix each of the four terminals ends not in a point but in three pierced rings grouped as a trefoil, with beading run around every ring and along every edge. The corpus hangs at the crossing beneath a raised titulus plaque.
Twelve openings in all, three at each of the four ends, and the arithmetic is the point: the Trinity set at the four quarters of the cross, the whole world held by one God in three Persons. The plaque above the head is lettered INRI, for Iesus Nazarenus Rex Iudaeorum, Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews. The ringed terminals give a cross of this size a lightness it would not otherwise have, and it hangs as well on a wall as at the end of a full rosary.
The trinity form crucifix was faithfully reproduced from an antique original and cast in the USA using a traditional fine-detail casting process that preserves its vintage character.
