The Vintage Bronze Flaming Heart Lyre Rosary Center is framed as a lyre. Two scrolled arms curve outward and down from a small crowned finial at the top, opening into pierced fields on either side of a central roundel, and within that roundel stands a haloed figure with a flaming heart shown on the breast, modelled softly and at low relief.
The burning heart is one of the great images of Catholic devotion, love that is not a sentiment but a fire, given away and never spent.
