The Vintage Bronze Infant Jesus of Prague Rosary Center shows the Holy Child as he is dressed and venerated in Prague: standing very upright in a stiff bell-shaped robe, crowned, with rays breaking out behind the crown, his right hand raised in blessing and a globe surmounted by a cross held in his left.
The reverse is left flat for the title, lettered in six lines, THE MIRACULOUS INFANT JESUS OF PRAGUE. The image follows the small statue kept at the Church of Our Lady Victorious, honored since the seventeenth century and asked especially for the needs of families, of children, and of households in difficulty. The promise long attached to it is a plain one: the more you honor me, the more I will bless you. At three-quarters of an inch the piece stays clear and legible.
The rosary center was faithfully reproduced from an antique original and cast in the USA using a traditional fine-detail casting process that preserves its vintage character.
