Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a generous 60-day return window—because we know the standard return timeframes can feel too rushed.

Return Options

• Within 30 days: Full refund to your original payment method
• Within 60 days: Exchange or store credit

The 60 days are counted from the date you receive your item to the date you mail it back. We just ask that you share the tracking information with us once it's sent.

Exceptions

We're unable to accept returns on:

• Personalized or engraved items
• Items showing signs of excessive wear or use

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 4–9 business days after your return arrives at our office and will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If you'd like an exchange but haven't decided on a replacement yet, we're happy to issue store credit for the amount you paid. You'll receive a digital code to use at checkout—and store credit never expires.
