The rods are built into the base of the statue so it can be anchored into a concrete pad, pedestal, or other prepared base, helping keep the statue upright and properly positioned over time. This option is especially recommended for larger statues or public-facing installations where added durability and peace of mind are important.

Installation Instructions

• Place the statue over the pedestal, slab, or concrete base and mark the locations where the threaded rods will enter.
• Move the statue aside and drill holes at the marked locations, making the holes slightly wider than the rods and slightly deeper than the exposed rod length.
• Test-fit the statue by lowering the rods into the drilled holes and confirm the statue sits level, flat, and properly aligned.
• Remove the statue and fill the drilled holes with anchoring compound, epoxy, or Bondo.
• Carefully set the statue back in place, guiding the threaded rods into the filled holes.
• Check again that the statue is straight, level, and sitting flat on the base.
• Allow the anchoring compound to cure fully according to the product directions before moving or stressing the statue.
• For larger statues or permanent outdoor installations, professional installation is recommended.
