St. Zacchaeus
Jericho chief tax-collector (Lk 19:1-10), short of stature, who climbed a sycamore to see Jesus passing through and was called down to host him; pledged half his goods to the poor and four-fold restitution. Tradition makes him later first bishop of Caesarea Maritima.

St. Zacchaeus is invoked as the patron of tax collectors, converts, repentance. Those in these callings or circumstances often turn to this saint in prayer.
