St. Richard of Chichester
English bishop (1197-1253), of Wych in Worcestershire, chancellor of Oxford and of Canterbury under St. Edmund of Abingdon, then Bishop of Chichester from 1244. Famous prayer ("Day by day, dear Lord, three things I pray...") attributed to him. Canonized 1262 by Urban IV.
