St. Louis Bertrand
Spanish Dominican (1526-1581), Valencian, missionary in Colombia, Panama, and the Caribbean from 1562-1569 where he is said to have baptized many thousands. Returned to Spain as novice master and confessor to St. Teresa of Avila. Canonized 1671 by Clement X.
