St. Felix of Nola
Campanian priest (3rd century, d. c. 250), son of a Syrian soldier-settler at Nola; tortured under Decius but spared death, hidden by a widow during the persecution and emerging to lead his diocese during a vacancy. Subject of the natalicia poems of his fellow-citizen St. Paulinus of Nola. Pre-Congregation.
