St. Catherine Labouré
French Daughter of Charity (1806-1876), recipient at the rue du Bac in Paris in 1830 of the Marian apparitions which gave the Church the Miraculous Medal. Lived the rest of her life in obscurity caring for the elderly poor. Feast November 28.
