Sick Call Sets
In times of illness, the Church offers the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick, bringing comfort, strength and grace. Our sick call sets prepare every home to welcome this sacred rite with reverence. Often given to newly ordained priests or kept as family heirlooms, these sets are reminders of the consolation our faith offers.
A sick call set is a wall crucifix that opens to hold what is needed when a priest brings the sacraments to the sick at home: two candles, holy water and a small cloth. Once found in nearly every Catholic home, they are making a welcome return.
Be prepared: If a loved one is seriously ill, please do not wait. Call your parish to request the Anointing of the Sick.
